You can get authographed copies by buying the books directly from this site. Books bought here will leave from my office and incur regular Canada Post shipping charges. Parcels will be tracked within Canada but regular airmail will be used for shipments outside of Canada at the buyers risk. Shipping and handling expenses are added on for 4 regions as marked in the drop down boxes below: Eastern Canada, Western Canada, USA, Other. Canadian prices include $1.05 GST.
